How Long is my Quote Valid?

Your quote is valid for 60 days from the date we send it to you. 

What is the turn-around time for a kit order?  

Approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you ship the kits fully assembled?  

Generally, we like to pack and ship fluids separately to reduce the possibility of breakage, but we can ship kits fully assembled. 

Can I return a custom kit?

Unfortunately, custom kits are non-returnable final sale items.

Where are you located?

We are located in St. Louis, Missouri. Being centrally located allows us to swiftly ship across the continental US.
