This oversized  cutaway model of the eye shows the inner anatomy of the eye as well as various types of cataract conditions.

5 interchangeable lenses illustrate  the following cataract conditions:

subcapsular

capsular

mature

cortical

nuclear 

A normal lens is  included for comparison.

Model also shows the interior anatomy of the eye including:

retina, macula, optic disk,optic nerve, choroid, cornea, lens and central retinal artery and vein.

Cornea and lens are removable

Includes illustrated patient education card with all structures labeled  and cataracts described (card may be affixed to base). Model may be removed from base
